Operations Manager Holiday Homes and Cleaning Services

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the daytoday operations of our holiday homes and professional cleaning services company in Dubai The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Dubai holiday homes hotels hospitality housekeeping or cleaning operations and be capable of managing the business from A to Z Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery Manage Housekeepers Supervisors and Drivers Schedule and coordinate cleaning bookings and appointments Monitor cleaning quality and team performance Recruit train and manage housekeeping staff Handle new customer inquiries and followups Develop new business and bring in new clients Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers Close new deals and build longterm client relationships Manage relationships with holiday home companies Airbnb hosts property managers and hotels Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues Manage staff schedules attendance and daily assignments Monitor cleaning supplies equipment and inventory Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service Prepare daily weekly operational reports Identify operational problems and implement effective solutions Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in Dubai Proven experience in Holiday Homes Hotels Hospitality or Cleaning Services Strong knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning operations Experience managing a team of cleaners and operational staff Strong sales communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to acquire and close new clients Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills Must be proactive responsible and handson UAE driving license is an advantage Strong knowledge of Dubai locations is preferred Important We are looking for a handson professional who can independently manage operations staff customers and business development Candidates with only general office or administrative experience will not be considered Salary AED per month depending on experience and qualifications
