Accountant

Roles Responsibilities Elite Bespoke Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced and detailoriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting records financial reporting VAT and Corporate Tax compliance reconciliations and daytoday financial activities The successful candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices and tax regulations with the ability to manage multiple company and client accounts accurately and independently Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledgers Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank supplier customer and intercompany reconciliations Prepare and submit UAE VAT returns Assist with UAE Corporate Tax registration calculations and return preparation Maintain supporting documents and auditready accounting records Coordinate with external auditors tax consultants banks and clients Prepare invoices payment schedules expense reports and management reports Monitor cash flow receivables payables and outstanding balances Assist with payroll processing and employeerelated accounting entries Ensure compliance with UAE accounting VAT and Corporate Tax requirements Review junior accountants work when required Handle multiple client accounts while meeting reporting and filing deadlines Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related field Minimum 3 5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax Practical experience with bookkeeping reconciliations financial reporting and audit preparation Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Zoho Books QuickBooks or similar platforms Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving abilities Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information Experience in an accounting consultancy corporateservices or multiclient environment is preferred Professional qualifications such as ACCA CA CMA or CPA will be an advantage
