Property Operations Officer

Roles Responsibilities Manage the daytoday operational requirements of the company s holiday home properties Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance repair and operational requirements Carry out basic maintenance repairs and troubleshooting when required Coordinate and supervise thirdparty maintenance companies contractors and service providers Follow up on outsourced maintenance and repair works to ensure they are completed properly and on time Handle guest checkins and checkouts and provide basic assistance to guests when required Respond promptly to urgent maintenance guest and propertyrelated matters Coordinate with management regarding property issues maintenance requirements urgent repairs and other operational needs Purchase collect and deliver maintenance materials supplies and other items required for the properties Drive company vehicles for property inspections guest assistance maintenance errands and other operational requirements Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities property issues repairs and completed works Assist with general property administration and daytoday operational tasks Ensure all properties are maintained in a clean safe presentable and fully functional condition Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient property operations Perform other propertyrelated duties and operational tasks as assigned by management Desired Candidate Profile Filipino nationality is preferred Previous experience in property management holiday vacation home management facilities management maintenance real estate hospitality or a similar operational role Practical knowledge of basic maintenance repairs inspections and troubleshooting Experience coordinating and supervising contractors maintenance companies suppliers and service providers Experience dealing with guests tenants property owners contractors and service providers Experience handling propertyrelated documentation reports records and followups Good understanding of daytoday property operations and maintenance coordination Ability to identify coordinate and resolve maintenance and operational issues in a timely and professional manner A valid UAE driving licence is required Ability to perform both handson operational work and administrative coordination tasks Knowledge of UAE property management practices and regulations is an advantage
