DIGITAL PROJECT & CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST

About the Role

We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Digital Project & Client Services Specialist to work closely with our team across two client accounts. This is a role for someone who can take ownership, move quickly, understand both creative and technical conversations, find practical solutions, and make sure client work gets delivered properly and on time. You do not need to be a developer, designer, or social media specialist. However, you should understand how these disciplines work, be comfortable coordinating with specialists and vendors, and be able to step in and execute when needed. You should be curious, resourceful, organized, commercially aware, and comfortable using AI and digital tools to solve problems and improve the way work gets done.

The Two Accounts You Will Support

1. Website Content & Creative Account

• Manage incoming client requests to update and maintain website content, coordinating with the external web vendor responsible for implementation.

• Review requested changes, clarify requirements, prepare accurate content/instructions, and follow through until updates are completed and checked.

• Support design-related requests using existing templates and brand assets. • Coordinate with the client’s designer and other stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned, practical, and ready for production.

• Spot issues, suggest solutions, and proactively follow up rather than waiting for instructions.

2. Digital Tools, Data System & Social Media Account

• Support a digital account involving a public website and a data management system used by schools to access and add/update student information.

• Understand the basic logic of web applications, user flows, databases/data management, permissions, testing, publishing, hosting, and integrations well enough to communicate e ectively with technical teams.

• Coordinate testing and feedback with schools, vendors, and the client; document issues clearly and ensure they are followed through to resolution.

• Help prepare the transition from product development/testing into a three-month social media campaign.

• Coordinate social media vendors and the client around content, calendars, approvals, publishing, assets, and campaign execution.

• Understand how social channels and campaigns work well enough to guide vendors, identify gaps, challenge weak solutions, and recommend practical next steps.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day coordination across client, internal team, designers, web and social media vendors, and other suppliers.

• Turn client requests into clear actions, briefs, timelines, and follow-ups.

• Track deliverables, dependencies, approvals, feedback, revisions, and deadlines.
• Review work before it reaches the client and ensure it meets the agreed requirements and quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with both non-technical clients and technical/creative specialists.
• Identify problems early and take initiative to resolve them. • Research answers independently instead of escalating every question.
• Use AI tools intelligently for research, drafting, analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, ideation, and productivity.
• Maintain organized project files, content, briefs, trackers, requirements, and communication records.
• Support presentations, reports, status updates, meeting notes, and client communications when required.
• Be prepared to execute hands-on when a task can be completed faster or more e ectively directly rather than through a vendor.
• Protect the quality of the client relationship by being responsive, dependable, proactive, and solutionoriented.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• Strong project coordination and client servicing skills, with a genuine sense of ownership.

• Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills; ability to understand and communicate professionally.

• A practical understanding of how websites and web applications are built and maintained. You do not need to code, but you should understand concepts such as front end/back end, CMS, databases, user roles, workflows, hosting, domains, testing, deployment, and basic integrations.

• Working knowledge of HTML and an ability to read/understand basic web-related requirements and communicate with developers.

• Familiarity with website hosting, domains, DNS, CMS platforms, and common web-production terminology.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; additional Adobe tools are a plus.

• Good understanding of digital and social media channels, content workflows, campaign management, paid/organic basics, and publishing processes.

• Ability to work with existing creative templates and make or coordinate straightforward design adaptations.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and confidence dealing directly with clients.

• Fast learner who is comfortable with ambiguity and can figure things out independently.

• Strong problem-solving mindset: when something is blocked, you look for options and propose a way forward.

• High level of accountability, responsiveness, discretion, and professional judgment.

• Comfort working with external vendors and holding them accountable for timelines and quality.

The Person We Want We are looking

for someone who thinks like an account manager, understands enough technology to navigate projects, has enough creative knowledge to work with designers, understands enough social media to guide campaigns, and is willing to get their hands dirty when something needs to be done.

• You can speak to a client in business language and then translate the requirement into something a developer or designer can act on. • You care about the final outcome.

• You move fast, but you do not sacrifice accuracy or quality.

• You use AI as a productivity and problem-solving tool, while applying judgment and checking the output. • You can work independently but know when an issue genuinely needs escalation. • You are calm under pressure, dependable, and comfortable managing changing priorities.

• You are naturally curious about technology, design, and communications. Experience

• 3–7+ years of relevant experience in digital project management, account management, client servicing, digital production, web projects, or a similar hybrid role.

• Experience working with agencies, vendors, developers, designers, or digital production teams is strongly preferred.

• Experience managing website updates and/or digital products is desirable.

• Experience coordinating social media campaigns or digital marketing vendors is a strong advantage.

• Experience working with institutional, corporate, education, government, or other stakeholder-heavy clients is a plus. Contract & Compensation

• Initial engagement: 1-year service contract.

• Compensation: up to AED 20,000 per month, depending on experience, capabilities, and fit.

• The role is open to transitioning into an employment contract after the initial service period, subject to mutual agreement and performance. • Dubai, UAE-based candidates are preferred.

• This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility, autonomy, and direct client interaction.
