Job Requirements

• Nationality: Any.
• Age: 27 35 years.
• Gender: Male.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 5 years of experience in graphics and artwork development.
• Experience handling multilingual artwork and proofreading.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Creative Cloud, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, or other visual design software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Mac systems.
• Experience in commercial printing and packaging environments.
• Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry, preferably with a multinational company.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Certificate or diploma in packaging is preferred.

Job Summary

The Graphics Executive will report to the Graphics Supervisor and will be responsible for packaging artwork, product layouts, and other marketing collateral. The role involves creating visual concepts and ensuring that all artwork meets brand, technical, legal, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Artwork Updates and Multilingual Layouts

• Work with multiple languages, typography, and strict legal requirements.
• Update carton artwork while maintaining consistency across all product ranges.
• Proofread artwork carefully and identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Present and explain design ideas clearly.
• Manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Take ownership of assigned projects to ensure that all requirements and deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate records of artwork, revisions, approvals, and completed jobs.
• Ensure strong organization and document control.

Design and Development

• Create high-quality graphical layouts for a wide range of requirements while following brand guidelines.
• Interpret design specifications accurately and deliver work according to the required standards.
• Coordinate artwork proofing and development with suppliers until final approval.
• Manage projects from initial concepts through to final artwork, independently or as part of a team.

Operational Support

• Support production requirements, new product development, and sampling activities.
• Coordinate with various departments on packaging and artwork requirements.
• Prepare professional, high-quality presentations for management.
• Generate creative ideas and develop visual concepts.
• Deliver all assigned requirements within the approved objectives and timelines.
