This role was built for you. Our client is a multi-award-winning luxury interior design and turnkey fit-out house, operating across the UAE, UK, and Saudi Arabia. Their portfolio spans private palaces, high-end residences, and luxury hospitality projects across the GCC, and their work has been featured in leading international design and lifestyle publications. We're retained to find a Creative Director to lead the creative vision behind their next chapter — a role built for someone with a genuine point of view, not a design manager. What you'll own Define and evolve the company's classic and neoclassic creative direction across residential and hospitality projects — this is the core of the role, not one focus among many Provide creative guidance and final design approval across a team of 15 designers — a leadership and vision role, not day-to-day operational management Lead concept development through to execution, ensuring every project reflects the brand's luxury positioning Represent the company's creative identity with high-profile private clients and at senior industry level Shape FF&E direction, sourcing from an established network of European ateliers and suppliers (Italy, France, Portugal, Belgium) What we're looking for A strong, distinctive portfolio specifically in classic or neoclassic luxury interior design — this matters more to us than your CV Minimum 7 years' experience in luxury residential and/or hospitality interior design A genuine creative point of view — someone who leads with vision, not process Comfortable operating at senior level with high-net-worth private clients Open to relocating to Dubai What's on offer Highly competitive, tax-free base salary with a performance bonus structure Full visa sponsorship and relocation support Direct line to the CEO, real creative authority, and a portfolio of projects most designers only dream of leading A seat at the table shaping one of the GCC's leading luxury design houses Full company details shared with shortlisted candidates.
