RELATIONSHIP MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE OVERVIEW We are a fast-growing portfolio management company seeking highly driven Relationship Managers (RMs) for a hardcore sales role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other relationship-driven channels. Build a pipeline of prospective clients interested in wealth management services. Meeting Scheduling Set up meetings with qualified prospects to pitch the company's offerings. Sales Target Achievement Drive sales to achieve an annual revenue target through new client acquisitions. Meet monthly revenue targets based on the overall goal. Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Provide excellent post-sales support and regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS Must have 4–5 years of recent experience in a wealth management firm. Must have an established client book. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Target-driven mindset with a hunger for achieving and exceeding sales goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment. English language proficiency. An entrepreneurial-minded advisor with a passion for equity investments.
