Sales Executive - Hardware Experienced

In this role, you will combine strong product knowledge with consultative selling skills to understand customer requirements and recommend the right technology solutions. You will work closely with corporate clients, individual customers, brand promoters, and internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and achieve commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive, IT Hardware

• Sell laptops, printers, monitors, toners, computer accessories, and other IT hardware products to B2B and B2C customers.

• Present and explain product features, technical specifications, compatibility, benefits, and usage requirements clearly and professionally.

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across corporate and individual customer segments.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams, key stakeholders, decision-makers, and retail customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable hardware solutions based on budget, technical requirements, and intended use.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and manage the sales process through to successful closing.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximise repeat business, referrals, and customer retention.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, quotations, and pipeline opportunities in the relevant systems.

• Coordinate with brand promoters, store management, operations, and other internal teams to ensure effective product representation and smooth sales operations.

• Stay up to date with the latest IT hardware products, market trends, competitor activity, and technology developments.

• Travel internationally or locally as required to support business development, customer engagement, and organisational objectives.

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications – Hardware Sales

• At least 2 years of experience in IT hardware sales or a related technology sales role.

• Demonstrated experience selling laptops, printers, toners, monitors, computer accessories, or similar products.

• Strong technical and product knowledge, with the ability to explain complex specifications in a clear and customer-friendly manner.

• Proven experience managing both B2B and B2C sales activities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, develop customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

• Target-driven, organised, professional, and results-oriented approach.

• Ability to manage multiple customers, prioritise tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.

• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally or locally for business purposes.
