About the Role
They are looking for a Consultant Associate to join their team on an urgent, 3-month contract basis.
This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who has a strong interest in Tax and/or ERP, enjoys learning new technologies and is eager to gain hands-on exposure within a consulting environment.
You do not need prior professional experience. We are looking for someone curious, analytical and proactive who can bring fresh ideas, communicate confidently and learn quickly.
You will work closely with the team and gain exposure to real-world consulting projects involving tax, ERP systems, data, technology and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support consultants with research, analysis and preparation of client deliverables.
Assist with tax and ERP-related projects and documentation.
Conduct research into tax, technology, ERP and industry developments.
Support data analysis, documentation and process mapping.
Assist with Excel-based analysis, reporting and presentations.
Help organise and interpret information from different sources.
Explore and apply AI tools to improve research, analysis and day-to-day workflows.
Contribute fresh ideas and practical solutions to business and client challenges.
Support the team with presentations, reports and other consulting materials.
Collaborate with colleagues across different projects and workstreams.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–1 year of experience.
A good academic understanding of Tax and/or ERP.
A relevant qualification, university coursework or certification in Tax, ERP, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with others.
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
Curious, adaptable and eager to learn.
Comfortable working in an in-person, fast-paced consulting environment.
Ability to bring fresh ideas and new perspectives.
Willingness to learn and work with emerging technologies, including AI.
Must already have a valid UAE visa/work authorisation arrangement and be able to work in the UAE.
Nice to Have
Previous exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or similar platforms.
Tax-related certification or additional training.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis or reporting tools.
Exposure to AI tools and an interest in applying AI to research, analysis or business processes.
A valid UAE driving licence.
Previous internship, project or academic experience involving tax, ERP, finance, technology or consulting.
