BENDING MACHINE OPERATOR

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Bending Machine Operator to join our clients growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will have proven hands-on experience in section and profile bending, with the ability to independently set up and operate bending machinery while consistently achieving high standards of quality, accuracy and precision.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator to join a specialist and expanding steel and aluminium bending business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safely and independently operate section and profile bending machines.
• Set up bending machinery in accordance with technical drawings, specifications and job requirements.
• Accurately bend steel and aluminium profiles to specified dimensions, radii and tolerances.
• Interpret technical drawings and production specifications to ensure work is completed correctly.
• Carry out in-process and final quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve routine bending and production issues.
• Maintain machinery, tools and the work area in a clean, safe and organised condition.
• Follow all company health, safety and operational procedures.
• Work closely with the wider production team to achieve quality, productivity and delivery targets.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven hands-on experience in section/profile bending, particularly with steel and/or aluminium profiles.
• Demonstrable ability to set up and operate bending machinery independently.
• Experience operating Roundo and/or PBT bending machines is highly desirable.
• Strong technical understanding with a keen eye for accuracy, quality and precision.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, dimensions and job specifications.
• Good understanding of bending processes, tolerances and material behaviour.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a production team.
