We are seeking an organized, proactive, and people-focused HR & Training Coordinator to join the HR team of a 4-star hotel in Dubai.

The successful candidate will support daily HR activities, employee coordination, training administration, and HR documentation while ensuring smooth communication between employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the HR team with daily administrative activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
• Coordinate staff training sessions and maintain training records.
• Prepare training schedules and communicate them to employees.
• Support employee engagement and HR activities.
• Assist with attendance, leave, and other employee-related records.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding HR and training requirements.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated to employees.
• Support the HR team with other duties when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR, Training, or HR Administration, preferably in a hotel.
• Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is an advantage.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good command of English.
• Professional, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Package:

Salary: AED 2,500

Meal Allowance: AED 200
