Business Development Manager Dubai

Brainvire is appointing two Business Development Managers in Dubai to generate new business across the UAE, with additional focus on Saudi Arabia. The priority is an established ERP services salesperson who can open doors, build pipeline and close implementation and customisation projects.

Role Details

Vacancies: Two

Location: Dubai

Territory: UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC

Package: AED 20,000 to AED 25,000 gross per month, plus uncapped performance-related incentives and company benefits

Travel: Regular travel to Saudi Arabia as required

The Requirement

The client wants a genuine new-business salesperson with around 10 years of sales experience, including at least five years in IT or technology services. The candidate must be comfortable creating their own opportunities rather than relying on an established account base or marketing-generated leads.

The strongest profiles will be selling ERP implementation, customisation, integration and consulting services. Experience focused mainly on software licensing is not enough.

Preferred ERP Background

Priority should be given to candidates selling services around Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo or SAP Business One.

Candidates do not need experience across all four platforms. Direct experience selling implementation and customisation services for at least one of them is preferred. Strong candidates from comparable ERP implementation partners can be considered where the relevance is clear.
