Infrastructure Draughtsman

Roles Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D 3D drawings for road infrastructure and civil construction projects Develop road layouts alignment plans profiles crosssections and typical details Prepare drawings for drainage stormwater sewerage water supply and utility networks Prepare shop drawings construction drawings asbuilt drawings and IFC drawings Develop road levels grading plans kerbs pavements footpaths and interlock works Coordinate drawings with Civil MEP Survey Structural and Utility teams Review drawings and incorporate engineer client comments and revisions Ensure drawings comply with project specifications authority requirements and approved standards Prepare quantity takeoff drawings and supporting details when required Coordinate with survey teams for site measurements levels coordinates and existing utilities Maintain proper drawing registers revisions and document control Assist engineers in resolving siterelated drawing and technical issues Prepare redline markups and final asbuilt drawings based on actual site conditions Ensure accuracy of dimensions levels coordinates sections and details Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant drafting design software Desired Candidate Profile Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Civil Drafting Architectural Engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD Knowledge of UAE authority requirements and infrastructure standards is an advantage 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Civil Draughtsman Experience in road infrastructure drainage sewerage stormwater utilities and related civil works Strong experience in preparing shop drawings IFC drawings construction drawings and asbuilt drawings Experience working with consultants contractors surveyors and site teams UAE GCC project experience is preferred particularly Abu Dhabi Dubai infrastructure projects Ability to interpret engineering drawings specifications survey data and site requirements
