Assistant Regional Sales Manager

Roles Responsibilities Oversee the sales operations within the assigned region and ensure achievement of sales revenue volume and marketshare targets against budget Lead direct coach and motivate Sales Supervisors and Sales Representatives to deliver consistent business performance Set individual and team sales targets allocate territories and ensure effective manpower deployment across the assigned region Develop and implement sales strategies route plans and market coverage plans to maximize distribution and customer penetration Monitor daily weekly and monthly sales performance against targets and take corrective actions to close performance gaps Drive distribution coverage and customer acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing customers Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across assigned markets and channels Manage key and major customer accounts ensuring high service levels and strong customer relationships Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution maintaining zero major issues pending Follow up with Supervisors on customer aging collections outstanding payments and company assets to maintain healthy receivables Monitor Daily Sales Outstanding DSO and ensure collection targets are achieved Plan evaluate and optimize sales operations to improve productivity efficiency and cost effectiveness Ensure ontime delivery and service to customers in coordination with relevant internal teams Prepare and review reports covering sales achievement distribution market coverage adherence attendance collections and team productivity Ensure all team members comply with company policies procedures code of conduct dress standards and safe driving practices Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree with 10 years of FMCG sales experience preferably in Home Office Delivery or the bottled water industry Minimum 3 years of managerial experience with proven success in leading field sales teams Valid UAE Driving License is essential Strong track record in achieving sales revenue volume distribution and marketshare targets Experienced in customer acquisition key account management collections aging and DSO Strong leadership communication negotiation analytical and problemsolving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office POS systems SAP and Advanced Excel are an advantage Resultsoriented customerfocused proactive and commercially driven with strong ownership and teammanagement capabilities
