QA QC Engineer
Roles Responsibilities Job Overview We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with 5 years of professional QA testing experience and strong handson experience within the iGaming industry The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of iGaming platforms particularly Online Casino and or Sportsbook products and a strong understanding of player journeys game integrations payments wallets bonuses promotions KYC responsible gaming and regulatory requirements You will be responsible for ensuring the quality reliability and usability of our iGaming products across web and mobile platforms while working closely with Product Development Design Operations and Compliance teams Key Responsibilities Perform endtoend testing of iGaming products including Online Casino Sportsbook Live Casino and related playerfacing functionality Test complete player journeys including registration login KYC verification deposits withdrawals gameplay betting bonuses promotions and account management Perform functional regression integration exploratory smoke sanity and usability testing Validate casino game integrations and thirdparty game provider integrations Test sportsbook functionality including prematch and live betting odds bet placement settlement cancellation void scenarios cashout and bet history Verify bonus and promotional mechanics including wagering requirements free spins free bets cashback deposit bonuses eligibility rules and expiration conditions Test payment and wallet integrations across different payment methods currencies transaction statuses limits and failure scenarios Validate KYC AML responsible gaming selfexclusion deposit limits session limits and other compliancerelated functionality Perform API and backend testing to validate integrations and data integrity Test products across multiple browsers operating systems mobile devices markets languages and currencies Create and maintain comprehensive test cases test scenarios regression suites checklists and QA documentation Identify document prioritize and track defects with clear reproduction steps evidence severity and expected versus actual results Conduct regression testing before production releases and provide QA signoff while clearly communicating identified risks Collaborate with developers to investigate reproduce troubleshoot and resolve defects Review business requirements technical specifications and acceptance criteria to identify gaps and potential edge cases before development Support production releases postrelease validation and investigation of production incidents Continuously improve QA processes testing methodologies test coverage and overall product quality Desired Candidate Profile Required Experience Skills 5 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance Software Testing Strong handson QA experience within the iGaming industry is mandatory Proven experience testing Online Casino and or Sportsbook platforms Strong understanding of the complete iGaming player lifecycle Handson experience testing casino games game provider integrations wallets bonuses promotions payments and player account functionality Experience testing both web and mobile applications Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies test planning test execution defect management and release processes Experience with API testing using Postman or equivalent tools Good understanding of REST APIs JSON HTTP requests responses and clientserver architecture Experience with defect and test management tools such as Jira TestRail Zephyr Xray or similar Working knowledge of SQL for database validation and troubleshooting Experience working within Agile Scrum development environments Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to independently identify complex scenarios edge cases and potential production risks Strong written and verbal communication skills in English iGaming Domain
