LIFT SUPERVISOR

Overseeing installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators/lifts on site.

Common requirements include: ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in lift installation and maintenance, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity; strong knowledge of lift mechanisms, wiring diagrams, control panels, and safety codes/standards; ability to lead and coordinate a team of technicians and helpers; experience in site coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients; knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown troubleshooting; responsibility for ensuring safety compliance and PPE usage on site; basic documentation skills for job cards, service reports, and material requisitions; good

communication skills to liaise between management, clients, and workers.
