Job Description
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 15,000–35,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Head of Inclusion & Designated Safeguarding Lead to oversee inclusive education practices, student support systems, and safeguarding procedures.
The role will work closely with school leadership and teaching teams to ensure that students receive appropriate support, inclusive practices are embedded across the school, and safeguarding policies are effectively implemented.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field. Relevant teaching or educational leadership qualification preferred. Proven experience in inclusive education and/or school leadership. Experience working within UAE schools and familiarity with local regulatory expectations. Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child-protection practices. Experience leading or coordinating inclusion and student-support programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
