You coordinate the team and own the guest experience from the first cover to the last goodbye. What the role covers Run the full floor, coordinating with the kitchen and bar to keep service flowing Brief, train, and motivate the team daily, and hold the standard when the room turns over Own guest satisfaction: handle concerns calmly and follow up on feedback without being asked. Check mise en place, table settings, and shift planning before the first guest arrives. Know the menu and the drinks list, and make sure your team does too.
