Sales & Events Coordinator

Job Description

• Provide dedicated Sales Administration support to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the Sales team.
• Prepare and coordinate sales presentations, proposals, quotations, contracts, and related documentation.
• Manage and maintain accurate sales databases, records, reports, and commercial documentation.
• Support the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination requirements.
• Manage Meetings & Events enquiries, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
• Prepare and coordinate event quotations, BEOs, function sheets, and related event documentation.
• Liaise with clients and operational departments to ensure smooth planning and execution of meetings and events.
• Conduct event follow-up and post-event administration, including documentation and reporting.
• Maintain accurate tracking of enquiries, proposals, conversions, and event activities.
• Contribute to revenue conversion, commercial productivity, and seamless delivery of client requirements.
• Ensure all Sales and Meetings & Events activities are managed in line with Accor standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year Experience,
• Fluent English Speaker, Arabic is a plus
• Keen to details and organized.
• Strong Communication and commercial coordination skills
