Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and client-focused Female Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a premium home-based Pilates and fitness centre in Al Ain, UAE.This is an excellent opportunity for a Pilates professional who is passionate about movement, wellness, posture, strength, flexibility, and personalised client transformation. The successful candidate will deliver premium one-to-one and small-group Reformer Pilates sessions while creating a welcoming, motivating, and highly professional experience for clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Reformer Pilates, excellent knowledge of anatomy and movement principles, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to tailor programs to different fitness levels and individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional private and small-group Reformer Pilates sessions.
  
• Assess clients' fitness levels, mobility, posture, flexibility, and individual goals.
  
• Design personalised Pilates programs based on client needs and abilities.
  
• Adapt exercises for different fitness levels, physical limitations, and previous injuries within the instructor's professional scope.
  
• Demonstrate correct Reformer techniques, body positioning, alignment, breathing, and muscle engagement.
  
• Monitor clients closely and provide appropriate corrections throughout each session.
  
• Ensure safe and correct use of Reformer machines and Pilates equipment.
  
• Help clients work toward goals such as core strength, flexibility, mobility, posture, body conditioning, and overall fitness.
  
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs accordingly.
  
• Create engaging and varied sessions to maintain client motivation and retention.
  
• Build professional, positive, and long-term relationships with clients.
  
• Maintain a welcoming, discreet, and premium client experience.
  
• Manage session schedules, attendance, and basic client records.
  
• Ensure Reformer machines and the Pilates area are clean, organised, and properly prepared.
  
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing Pilates education, workshops, and certifications.
  

Requirements

• Recognised Pilates Instructor Certification.
  
• Minimum 2+ years of Pilates teaching experience.
  
• Hands-on Reformer Pilates experience required.
  
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, movement, and injury prevention.
  
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Charismatic, energetic, confident, and client-focused personality.
  
• Ability to accommodate clients of different ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
  
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and well-presented.
  
• Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and client success.
  
• Preferred: Additional certifications in Mat Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Personal Training, or related fitness disciplines.
  

Working Schedule

• Sunday–Thursday | Split Shift
  
• Morning: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  
• Evening: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  
• Total: 9 working hours per day
  
• Weekly Off: Friday & Saturday

Requirements
Female candidates. Eastern European candidates preferred. Ideally 5–10 years of professional Pilates/fitness experience. Strong hands-on experience teaching Reformer Pilates. Recognised Reformer Pilates Instructor Certification such as STOTT Pilates, BASI Pilates, or equivalent. Mat Pilates, Personal Training, or additional fitness certifications are an advantage. Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, posture, movement, and safe exercise practices. Ability to conduct both private and small-group sessions. Experience working with clients of different ages and fitness levels. Ability to assess clients and create personalised training programs. Excellent demonstration and technique-correction skills. Strong English communication skills. Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory. Professional, polished, friendly, and client-focused approach. Strong interpersonal and motivational skills. Physically fit and able to demonstrate Pilates movements correctly. Passionate about health, fitness, wellness, and continuous professional development.
