Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote company's products and services.

Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels, converting prospects into enrolled students.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by promoting relevant courses to prospective clients.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns regarding training programs

Provide accurate and detailed information about courses, schedules, and benefits, tailoring the message to meet individual client needs

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience

Research and understand the training needs of potential clients to tailor the sales approach effectively

Identify and suggest new opportunities for enhancing course offerings based on client feedback and market trends

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Candidates who are from Training Industry background is highly preferred

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in using MS Office applications.

Must be a native Arabic speaker.

Should be located in AbuDhabi

Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or education. Proven 5 years’ experience in sales, ideally in the training and education industry. Knowledge of training and development programs and their impact on individuals and organizations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Effective negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and events. A deep understanding of the BO's programs and their alignment with Student needs. Adaptability and a quick learning ability to understand new training offerings.
