Roles Responsibilities Telecaller Representative Arabic Speaker We are looking for a confident energetic and resultsdriven ArabicSpeaking Telecaller Representative to join our team in Dubai The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a professional telephone manner and experience in tele sales customer service or lead generation The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls engaging with potential and existing customers generating leads following up on inquiries and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services Communicate with customers in Arabic and English in a professional and engaging manner Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls Build strong relationships and rapport with customers Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about products services Handle customer questions objections and concerns professionally Follow up consistently with leads and prospective customers Maintain accurate records of calls leads followups and customer information Update customer information and activities in the CRM system Coordinate with the sales team and provide regular updates on lead status and followups Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets Desired Candidate Profile Requirements 1 2 years of experience in tele sales telecalling telesales customer service or a similar role Fluent Arabic speaking skills are Mandatory Good command of English is preferred Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion negotiation and objectionhandling skills Confident and professional telephone manner Targetoriented with a positive and proactive attitude Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment Must be currently based in the UAE or available to join immediately
