supporting customers across the region The Role As Area Sales Manager Abu Dhabi you will take ownership of the Abu Dhabi territory and be responsible for Developing and executing the Abu Dhabi sales and business development strategy Identifying new customers projects and business opportunities Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decisionmakers Developing opportunities across construction infrastructure hospitality healthcare agriculture and other relevant sectors Working with contractors consultants facility management companies distributors and end users Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation and specification through to negotiation and order closure Achieving agreed sales and revenue targets Developing a strong and sustainable project pipeline Conducting regular customer and project visits across Abu Dhabi Working closely with management technical and production teams to develop the right solutions for customers Providing market feedback and identifying new product and business opportunities This is a handson fieldbased B2B sales role with significant responsibility for developing the territory Desired Candidate Profile Who We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven professional who can build a market not simply maintain one You should have 8 years of B2B sales business development experience in the Abu Dhabi Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market and established customer relationships Proven experience in generating new business and achieving sales targets Experience in construction infrastructure hospitality healthcare agriculture industrial or related sectors is preferred Experience in projectbased technical solution or specificationdriven sales will be an advantage Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills Excellent English communication skills A proactive entrepreneurial and independent approach to business development Confidence in approaching new customers and opening new doors Strong relationshipbuilding and networking capabilities Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into profitable business Valid UAE driving license Abu
