Roles Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads for business setup services new company formation mainland free zone licensing and visa packages Convert inquiries into paying clients through consultations proposals and negotiation Clearly explain UAE business setup options mainland free zone offshore costs and timelines to prospective clients Coordinate with the internal PRO governmentliaison team to ensure smooth processing once a client signs on Build and maintain a pipeline of referrals and repeat business from existing clients Stay current on UAE free zone offers DED regulations visa quota rules and government fee changes to advise clients accurately Visit government departments free zone authorities and typing Tasheel Amer centers as needed to support deals in progress Achieve monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets set by management Maintain accurate records of leads client interactions and deal status report pipeline and conversions to management regularly Desired Candidate Profile Proven sales leadconversion experience in the UAE ideally in business setup company formation visa services or a related consultancy Working knowledge of UAE company formation types mainland free zone offshore DED processes and PROrelated government procedures Tasheel Amer MOHRE immigration Strong negotiation consultative selling and client relationship skills Comfortable meeting clients facetoface and visiting government free zone offices when needed Valid UAE Driving License mandatory Willing to travel across UAE branches Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah RAK Al Ain Fujairah as needed Selfdriven targetoriented and confident working independently to build a client pipeline
