Accountant

Roles Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and practical experience in daytoday accounting operations The candidate should be familiar with UAE VAT and accounting software Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting transactions Record sales purchases receipts payments and expenses Maintain ledgers vouchers invoices and financial records Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain customer and supplier accounts Prepare bank reconciliations Maintain cash and petty cash records Handle UAE VATrelated accounting work Monitor customer payments and outstanding balances Prepare regular accounting reports Assist with monthly and annual financial closing Prepare trial balance profit and loss reports and balance sheet Assist with stock and inventory reconciliation Maintain proper accounting documentation and records Support audit requirements Coordinate with management branches suppliers and customers for accountingrelated matters Ensure accounting procedures are followed correctly Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related field Minimum of 2 to 3 years of accounting experience UAE accounting experience is preferred Good knowledge of UAE VAT Practical experience in Tally or ERP accounting software Good knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable Experience in bank reconciliation and supplier customer reconciliation Experience in trading retail or inventorybased business is preferred Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Good communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
