Technopower Group is looking for an experienced Procurement Purchase Manager to oversee sourcing and purchasing operations manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms that support the company s production and logistics needs This role requires a strong negotiator who can build longterm supplier relationships while working closely across teams to keep operations running efficiently Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend procurement operations including sourcing purchasing and supplier relationship management Negotiate pricing payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure the best commercial outcomes Coordinate closely with logistics production and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability Liaise with shipping and freight companies to manage import export logistics Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong longterm vendor relationships through regular visits and followup Ensure procurement processes align with company budgets quality standards and delivery timelines Prepare procurement reports and support management with purchasing data and analysis Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and internal systems Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field 56 years of experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain management Proven experience working with shipping and freight companies Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable supplier terms Fluent in English required Arabic language skills are an advantage Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel Strong business communication and interpersonal skills Selfdisciplined with the ability to work independently and manage priorities Comfortable working crossfunctionally particularly with logistics teams Valid driver s license Willingness to travel for supplier visits and work outside standard hours when required Skills Desired Skills 56 years of experience in procurement purchasing or supply chain management Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable supplier terms Fluent in English required Arabic language skills are an advantage Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel Strong business communication and interpersonal skills
