Senior Business Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Business Consultant to join our team in Dubai The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales and business development preferably within the Audit Accounting Tax VAT Corporate Tax or Business Advisory sector This is a selfsourcing sales role You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients understanding their business requirements presenting suitable solutions and converting opportunities into successful sales Key Responsibilities Identify and source new business opportunities through cold calling email outreach networking referrals LinkedIn Google Maps and other sourcing methods Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients Conduct client meetings and understand their accounting audit tax VAT corporate tax and business requirements Present and explain suitable services and solutions to prospective clients Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals Negotiate with clients and close deals independently Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Follow up consistently with prospects and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing Meet and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets Maintain accurate records of leads followups meetings and sales activities Coordinate with the Audit Accounts Tax and Business Setup teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process Identify opportunities for crossselling and additional services to existing clients Stay updated on UAE business accounting VAT Corporate Tax and compliance requirements to confidently communicate with clients What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident commercially driven and not dependent on companyprovided leads You should be comfortable picking up the phone approaching businesses arranging meetings pitching services negotiating with decisionmakers and closing deals Candidates with a background in accounting audit firms who have moved into business development client acquisition or relationship management are strongly encouraged to apply Skills Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales business development client acquisition or a related field Experience in Audit Accounting Tax VAT Corporate Tax Business Advisory or professional services is highly preferred Proven ability to source your own leads and acquire new clients Strong understanding of the UAE business environment Excellent communication negotiation presentation and relationshipbuilding skills Confident in conducting facetoface and online client meetings Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services Targetdriven persistent and comfortable working in a salesfocused environment Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle Existing UAE client network exposure will be an advantage UAE driving license and or own vehicle will be an advantage
