Position: Full-Time Nanny

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Age Preference: 26–42 years

Salary: AED 6,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience

Working Schedule: 12 hours per day (Night Shift, 6 days per week)

About the Role

A VIP family in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional, vibrant, smart, energetic, and hands-on Nanny to join their established household team. The family has three young children – twin 1-year-olds and one 2-year-old toddler. The successful candidate will be part of a professional nanny team and will have primary responsibility for one child, providing attentive, nurturing, and age-appropriate care. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young children, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a structured private household environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and hands-on care for the assigned child.
  
• Support the child's daily routine, including meals, naps, bathing, dressing, and bedtime.
  
• Organize and engage the child in age-appropriate play, learning, and developmental activities.
  
• Ensure the child's safety, wellbeing, comfort, and hygiene at all times.
  
• Prepare and assist with meals and snacks as required.
  
• Maintain the child's nursery, belongings, toys, and personal areas in an organized condition.
  
• Observe and communicate the child's daily progress, routines, and needs to the parents and senior household team.
  
• Work closely and cooperatively with the existing nanny and household team.
  
• Be flexible and willing to assist with changing routines and family requirements when needed.
  
• Maintain a professional, discreet, and positive approach at all times.
  

Requirements

• Experienced in caring for babies and young children.
  
• Hands-on and confident in managing daily childcare routines.
  
• Warm, nurturing, patient, and positive in nature.
  
• Flexible and willing to learn.
  
• Comfortable working as part of an established professional nanny team.
