Graduate Sales Engineer - UAE Nationals

Position Summary:

As a Graduate Sales Engineer within our Measurement Solutions business, you will support the UAE sales organization by contributing to customer engagement, sales operations, pipeline management, and business growth initiatives. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role provides valuable exposure to commercial processes, customer-facing activities, and cross-functional collaboration while developing your skills in sales, analytics, and business operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals in an environment that encourages innovation, integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support the UAE sales team by following up on leads and customer inquiries related to the Measurement Solutions portfolio.
• Track open quotations with customers and channel partners and prepare summary reports to support business reviews and decision-making.
• Contribute to sales pipeline development by engaging with new and existing customers under the guidance of the sales team.
• Coordinate with customer care, commercial, and operations teams to support quotation and order follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of opportunities, quotations, customer interactions, and pipeline data in CRM systems.
• Participate in customer meetings, sales reviews, and cross-functional discussions to support growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with account teams and business units to strengthen customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and process enhancement activities.
• Adhere to Emerson's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• UAE National.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any Bachelor's degree discipline.
• Interest in developing a career in sales, commercial operations, customer engagement, or business development.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Internship, academic project, or extracurricular experience related to business, sales, engineering, or customer engagement.
• Interest in learning CRM systems, digital tools, and data-driven sales processes.
