Kids and Teens Club Supervisor

Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized Kids and Teens Club Supervisor to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this supervisory role, you will oversee daily club operations, lead a team of staff members, and create engaging, safe, and enriching experiences for children and teenagers. You will be responsible for program planning, staff management, and ensuring all activities align with our organization's mission and safety standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for youth development.

• Supervise and manage daily club operations, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants
• Plan, organize, and coordinate age-appropriate recreational, educational, and social activities for kids and teens
• Lead, train, and mentor club staff members, providing constructive feedback and performance guidance
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, health regulations, and organizational policies
• Monitor participant behavior and implement positive discipline strategies while maintaining a supportive atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff regarding program updates, participant progress, and concerns
• Manage club resources, including equipment, supplies, and facilities, to optimize program delivery
• Maintain detailed records of attendance, incidents, and program evaluations
• Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes professional development and staff engagement
• Address conflicts and challenges promptly and professionally, seeking solutions that benefit all stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a youth-focused organization, recreational facility, or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavior management, and engagement strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute engaging, age-appropriate programs and activities
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment)
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques
• Experience with program evaluation and data tracking
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Preferred: Experience working in a multicultural environment or international setting
• Preferred: Knowledge of youth safeguarding and child protection best practices
