Job Summary

We are urgently hiring an experienced Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician / Maintenance for a luxury hotel/resort in Al Ain, UAE.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing different types of commercial kitchen equipment and ensuring equipment remains safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment.
  
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
• Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs.
  
• Perform routine inspections of kitchen equipment.
  
• Respond promptly to kitchen equipment breakdowns.
  
• Repair or replace faulty components where required.
  
• Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  
• Coordinate maintenance requirements with relevant departments.
  
• Maintain tools and work areas in good condition.
  
• Follow hotel/resort maintenance and safety procedures.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician / Maintenance or similar technical role.
  
• Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing kitchen equipment.
  
• Good understanding of commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
  
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
  
• Hotel, resort, restaurant, hospitality, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
  
• Ability to work independently and respond to equipment breakdowns.
  
• Male candidates only.
