Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Professional certifications (e.g., CFM, BIFM, PMP) are a strong advantage.
Minimum 6–8 years of comprehensive facilities management experience in the UAE, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
Proven background handling mixed portfolios, ideally including educational institutions (schools/nurseries), corporate offices, and residential properties.
Strong working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, MEP networks, BMS, fire alarm/firefighting infrastructure, and fit-out execution.
Deep familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards, UAE Civil Defence fire and safety codes, and local utility regulations.
Commercial negotiation skills, proactive crisis management, structured team leadership, and proficiency in CAFM/CMMS systems.
