Project Plumbing Engineer MEP

Roles Responsibilities Supervise and manage all plumbing and sanitary installation works on site Review plumbing shop drawings material submittals and technical specifications Coordinate plumbing activities with Civil Architectural Electrical HVAC and other MEP disciplines Ensure compliance with project specifications authority requirements and industry standards Monitor construction progress and ensure works are completed within the approved schedule Conduct site inspections and quality control checks Prepare RFIs method statements inspection requests and progress reports Coordinate with consultants subcontractors clients and suppliers Monitor plumbing material procurement and delivery schedules Supervise testing commissioning and handover of plumbing and firefighting systems Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company policies Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Minimum 4 years of UAE GCC experience in MEP construction projects Experience in residential commercial highrise villa or mixeduse developments Strong knowledge of Water Supply Systems Drainage Sewerage Systems Storm Water Systems Irrigation Systems Fire Fighting Systems Pumps and Water Storage Tanks Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality ADDC Civil Defense or relevant authority requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Strong communication and coordination skills UAE Driving License is an advantage Preferred Background Experience working with a Main Contractor Exposure to largescale building construction projects Knowledge of BIM Revit is an added advantage
