We are seeking a Finance professional with 2-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial statements
• Monitor and analyze financial performance
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights
• Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Tally, QuickBooks)
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
