Job Description

Maintain accurate turnover and systems completion data to support mechanical completion, commissioning readiness and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

· Enter and maintain equipment tags, system and subsystem data in the approved completion database.

· Register inspection and test records, certificates and supporting turnover documents.

· Check submitted records for required fields, references and authorized signatures; route gaps for correction.

· Update punch list status only against approved evidence and authorized closure instructions.

· Scan, index and link records to the correct tag, subsystem and turnover package.

· Generate status reports for outstanding records, punch items and handover package readiness.

· Support compilation of mechanical completion and handover dossiers with discipline coordinators.

· Maintain document revisions, traceability and controlled access in accordance with project procedures.

Requirements

Requirements

· Diploma or relevant technical qualification; training in document control or database operation is advantageous.

· 2+ years in project documentation, completion systems or turnover database support.

Requirements
Requirements 6+ years of EIT site/construction experience with international Oil & Gas EPC companies/subcontractors. Electrical, Instrumentation or Telecom construction background. Middle East, CIS/FSU or North Africa experience preferred. Experience working with diverse international teams. Good knowledge of NEC/NFPA, IEEE, NEMA and IEC standards. Strong troubleshooting and subcontractor management skills. PTW, LOTO and Arc Flash training; ATEX preferred.
