Requirements

• Previous hospitality and bartending experience is mandatory, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel, luxury bar, cocktail lounge, or high-end restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques.
• Excellent understanding of beverage service standards and luxury hospitality.
• Creative approach to cocktail preparation, presentation, and menu development.
• Strong knowledge of responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, spirits, wine, and other beverages.
• Deliver professional and personalized service to hotel guests.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the bar's beverage menu and ingredients.
• Recommend cocktails and beverages based on guest preferences.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Assist with cocktail creation, menu development, and beverage promotions.
• Monitor stock levels and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
• Follow all hotel, food safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards.
• Contribute to a welcoming and sophisticated bar atmosphere.
