Foreman – Chilled Water, Ducting, Electrical, HVAC, Infrastructure & Plumbing

• Lead site teams and allocate daily tasks according to approved drawings and work schedules.
  
• Supervise installation activities, ensuring workmanship meets project specifications.
  
• Coordinate materials, tools and manpower with engineers and other trades.
  
• Monitor progress, enforce safety requirements and report site issues.
  

Requirements

Mandatory Requirement for all positions:

1. Minimum 5 year experience in relevant field (MEP, BMS, Electromechanical).
   
2. UAE Experience will be preferred.
   

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in MEP construction projects. Experience in industrial, commercial, warehouse, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects. Strong knowledge of international quality standards, inspection procedures, and construction specifications. Experience working with consultants, clients, and subcontractors in the UAE/GCC is preferred.
