Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Transformation Manager to lead the company’s digital transformation journey across HR, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business processes through technology, automation, AI, data, ERP systems, and digital applications, while ensuring successful implementation and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's overall Digital Transformation Strategy and Roadmap.
• Identify manual, inefficient, and outdated processes and convert them into digital and automated workflows.
• Lead implementation and optimization of ERP, CRM, HRMS, SFA, attendance, payroll, e-commerce, and business applications.
• Evaluate and introduce AI tools, AI agents, automation platforms, and emerging technologies to improve productivity.
• Work closely with senior management and HODs to understand business requirements and deliver technology-driven solutions.
• Lead digital projects from requirement gathering through implementation, testing, training, and deployment.
• Integrate different business systems and ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs through automation and technology.
• Manage relationships with software vendors, technology partners, consultants, and system integrators.
• Establish project timelines, budgets, KPIs, and implementation milestones.
• Ensure proper data security, access control, backup, and IT governance in coordination with the IT team.
• Drive employee adoption of new systems through training, communication, and change-management initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that provide measurable business value.
• Prepare regular reports for management on digital transformation progress, ROI, automation initiatives, and project performance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with significant experience in Digital Transformation, Business Technology, Digital Strategy, or Technology Consulting.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, HRMS, automation, AI, cloud technologies, APIs, data analytics, and business applications.
• Experience working with multiple departments and transforming business processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent understanding of business process mapping, workflow automation, system integration, and digitalization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work directly with CEO, senior management, and department heads.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, retail, logistics, or similar industries will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• European / Western European nationality preferred.
• Candidates with experience in international organizations or multinational companies are highly preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong combination of business understanding and technology leadership.
• Candidates with experience in AI-driven automation and digital innovation will be highly preferred.
