Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience developing or configuring ServiceNow mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Mobile App Builder / Mobile Studio.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
• Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or custom applications.
• Understanding of ServiceNow security, roles, ACLs, and data access.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• ServiceNow Application Development / App Engine certifications
• ITIL Foundation certification
