VIP Chauffeur to the CEO

Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, polished VIP Chauffeur to provide safe, discreet, and exceptional transportation services to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background supporting CEOs, senior executives, or VIP principals and extensive experience driving luxury vehicles. This role requires impeccable presentation, sound judgment, confidentiality, and a consistently high standard of personal service.

Previous experience as a VIP Chauffeur or dedicated driver to a CEO is mandatory.

- Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for the CEO to meetings, corporate events, airport transfers, and other engagements.

- Plan routes proactively, accounting for traffic, scheduling changes, security considerations, and alternative access points.

- Coordinate closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant or office to manage daily transportation requirements.

- Maintain luxury vehicles in immaculate condition, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and a premium passenger experience.

- Conduct routine vehicle checks and coordinate servicing, maintenance, registration, and insurance renewals.

- Deliver attentive chauffeur service, including opening doors, assisting with luggage, and managing arrivals and departures smoothly.

- Maintain absolute discretion regarding the CEO’s conversations, movements, business affairs, and personal information.

- Respond calmly and professionally to last-minute changes and unexpected situations.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, maintenance, and related expenses.

- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, according to the CEO’s schedule.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

- Proven experience as a *VIP Chauffeur, Executive Chauffeur, or dedicated CEO driver*.

- Demonstrated experience handling high-end luxury vehicles, such as Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Bentley, or Rolls-Royce.

- Valid UAE driving licence and an excellent driving record.

- Strong knowledge of UAE roads, particularly Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Impeccable grooming, professional presentation, and courteous manners.

- Strong understanding of VIP etiquette, executive protocol, and service standards.

- Exceptional punctuality, reliability, discretion, and attention to detail.

- Verifiable references from previous employers.

- Five or more years of relevant chauffeur experience supporting senior executives, VIPs, or high-net-worth individuals.

- Previous experience in a private executive household, family office, or luxury hospitality environment.

- Defensive driving, advanced driving, or first-aid training.

- Additional language skills.
