Job Summary
We are looking for skilled CNC Machine Operators with hands-on experience operating 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines and automated production equipment. Candidates should have basic HMI knowledge, machine setup skills and a strong focus on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Operate 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines and automated production stations.
Set up machines, calibrate equipment and replace tools as required.
Load and unload materials and workpieces safely.
Read technical drawings, engraving layouts and work instructions.
Monitor production quality and dimensional accuracy.
Conduct inspections using vernier callipers, height gauges, micrometres and dial indicators.
Identify machine faults, defects and production abnormalities.
Perform routine cleaning, lubrication and basic preventive maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and coordinate with production and quality teams.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of CNC machine operating experience.
Experience with automated shaping, drilling, grinding, punching or assembly equipment.
Basic understanding of automation systems and HMI control panels.
Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
Good mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to operate different machines as required.
Experience in stone manufacturing, engraving, jewellery or precision manufacturing is an advantage.

Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 (depends on exp)
