Hiring: Sales Executive – Eateries

Location: United Arab Emirates

Salary: Up to AED 12,000 + Commission

Job Description

We are looking for a well-connected and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong existing network of Arabic restaurants, sweet shops, bakeries, and other food establishments across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have relevant sales experience, a strong client database, and established relationships with restaurant owners, purchasing managers, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities with Arabic restaurants, sweet shops, bakeries, and related food establishments.
  • Leverage an existing client database and professional network to generate sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct client visits, present products or services, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base across the UAE. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

  • Must currently be based in the UAE. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the food, FMCG, food distribution, or HORECA sectors.
  • An established database and network of Arabic restaurants, sweet shops, and small bakeries in the UAE is essential.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
  • UAE driving licence and own vehicle are preferred, if applicable to the role.

Compensation

Salary up to AED 12,000 per month, depending on experience, plus commission.
