Job Title: SAP Signavio / Process Mining Consultant

Job Summary:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP Signavio / Process Mining Consultant with strong expertise in process mining, process modeling, and business process optimization.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing SAP Signavio solutions, designing process intelligence frameworks, and driving process improvement initiatives across enterprise systems

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP Signavio experience.
• 5+ years of experience with process mining and process modeling tools.
• Strong expertise in the SAP Signavio Suite:
• Signavio Process Intelligence
• Signavio Process Manager
• Signavio Collaboration Hub
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with SIGNAL (Signavio Query Language).
• Deep understanding of BPMN 2.0 process modeling.
• Experience with Source-to-Pay (Direct Procurement) and Logistics processes.
• Good knowledge of:
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP Ariba
• SAP BTP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of SAP Signavio solutions.
• Establish process mining best practices and BPMN 2.0 governance standards.
• Design integrations between SAP Signavio and enterprise applications including SAP and non-SAP platforms.
• Develop data extraction pipelines and event logs for process mining.
• Create advanced SQL and SIGNAL scripts to support analytics requirements.
• Build custom KPIs, dimensions, business rules, and automated alerts.
• Develop interactive dashboards to identify:
• Process bottlenecks
• Compliance and conformance deviations
• Process optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one end-to-end SAP Signavio implementation experience.
• Exposure to SAP Datasphere.
• Knowledge of Python for Data Science is an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Mandatory Screening Criteria

Candidates should have:

• SAP Signavio Process Intelligence experience
• Process Mining implementation experience
• SQL and SIGNAL scripting expertise
• BPMN 2.0 process modeling experience
• SAP S/4HANA integration experience
• Source-to-Pay or Logistics domain knowledge
• At least one end-to-end SAP Signavio implementation
• 8+ years overall experience and 3+ years in SAP Signavio
