Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 15+ years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with a strong focus on offshore operations. Extensive experience in technical safety, risk management, and loss prevention in the offshore context. In-depth understanding of offshore safety regulations and industry best practices. Proven track record of leading and managing HSE activities for large-scale offshore projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
