Faculty - Aviation
Must hold a valid IATA certification relevant to the training domain.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Mandatory experience working with an airline.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a master’s degree is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, standards, procedures, and industry practices.
Proven ability to develop comprehensive and effective training materials.
Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in training tools and technologies for both classroom and virtual learning.
Ability to motivate, engage, and manage students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Conduct engaging classroom and virtual training sessions, workshops, webinars, and practical learning activities.
Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, mock tests, and other evaluation methods.
Provide constructive feedback, individual guidance, and additional academic support to students as required.
Conduct revision sessions and mock examinations to prepare students for IATA certification examinations.
Incorporate relevant industry examples and practical insights into training delivery.
Stay updated on aviation industry developments, IATA regulations, and emerging training methodologies.
Participate in relevant seminars, webinars, and professional development activities.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional learning environment for a multicultural student audience.
