Job Role: Endower Relationship Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Purpose

The role focuses on donor engagement, relationship development, financial performance reporting, social impact assessment, and identifying potential co-investment opportunities. The position aims to strengthen donor confidence, encourage recurring contributions, expand the endower network, and ensure transparency in financial and social impact reporting.

Primary Skill Set

• Relationship Management: Donor Relationship Management, Client Relationship Management, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Stakeholder Engagement.

• CRM Platforms: Salesforce, Siebel CRM or equivalent CRM systems; Account Management, Contact Management, Activity Tracking, Reporting and Dashboards.

• Financial Reporting: Investment Performance Reporting, Financial Analysis, Client Reporting, Financial Data Interpretation.

• Investment & Partnerships: Co-investment Partnerships, Structured Investment Products, Blended Finance, Capital Partnership Models.

• Impact Assessment: Social Impact Measurement, Impact Evaluation, Outcome Reporting, Performance Monitoring.

• Communication: Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English, Donor Communication, Professional Correspondence, Presentation Skills.

Good to Have Skill Set

• Salesforce, Siebel CRM or other relevant CRM certifications.

• Knowledge of Waqf, Islamic Finance, Philanthropy and Charitable Giving.

• Experience in Endowment Management, Fundraising or Donor Engagement.

• Understanding of Social Impact Assessment and Outcome Measurement.

• Knowledge of investment and capital partnership models within the UAE or GCC.

• Experience coordinating with Asset Management, Finance, Legal, Risk and external investment or impact consultants.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.

• 5 8 years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Donor Relations or Philanthropy.

• Hands-on experience using CRM platforms to manage client accounts, maintain relationship records, track activities and generate reports.

• Experience preparing client-facing reports covering financial performance and social impact.

• Exposure to co-investment partnerships, structured investment solutions or blended-finance models.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
