General Manger

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager Logistics & Warehouse to oversee and manage the company's overall logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in logistics and warehouse management, and the ability to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall logistics, warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

• Manage warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.

• Supervise transportation, fleet management, distribution, and delivery operations.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, warehouse utilization, and operational KPIs.

• Manage and optimize logistics costs, budgets, and operational expenses.

• Lead, motivate, and develop logistics, warehouse, and operations teams.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, vendors, and business partners.

• Ensure compliance with UAE logistics regulations, customs procedures, health and safety standards, and company policies.

• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.

• Prepare operational reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 15 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain management.

• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably as a General Manager or Operations Director.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation, fleet management, and distribution.

• Experience managing large teams and multiple operational functions.

• Good understanding of UAE logistics operations, customs clearance, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong financial, budgeting, cost-control, and business management skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS) and ERP systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in logistics companies, 3PL, freight forwarding, transportation, and warehousing will be preferred.

• Must have a strong track record of managing end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations.

• Should be commercially aware, operationally hands-on, and capable of driving business growth.
