Position Summary :

We are currently seeking an organized and responsible House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence. This position is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE and is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Indian candidates. This is a contract job with a free visa and ticket provided.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise all household staff, including cleaners, cooks, and drivers
• Create and maintain schedules for staff duties and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Plan and coordinate household events, including parties or gatherings
• Oversee household budgets and expenses, ensuring financial records are accurate
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and make necessary purchases
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance of the property as needed
• Act as a liaison between the employer and vendors or service providers
• Ensure security measures are in place for the safety of the residence and its occupants
• Handle special requests or projects from the employer with discretion

Working Conditions :

This is a full-time contract job with flexible working hours. The successful candidate will live on-site in private quarters within the residence. A free visa and ticket will be provided by the employer.
