Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Dubai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and optimizing processes. Key responsibilities include managing staff, developing operational strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

• Team leadership and staff management experience
• Proficiency in process optimization and performance monitoring
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams
• Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
