Junior Accountant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical Junior Accountant ( Female Required ), who will be responsible for conducting various financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service. You will courteously interact with clients & vendors and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. (Experience in Real Estate Required)

Responsibilities :

• Handle cash transactions, accept deposits, verify cash and checks, disburse money accurately and securely to meet procedural and control standards.
• Manage banking processes to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Balance cash drawer daily and reconcile transactions with the Acube's records.
• Complying with security and confidentiality procedure, and adhering to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with current banking regulations, products, and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensure all financial transactions and data is accurately recorded and processed via Net suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. 4–5 years of experience as a Counter Teller in the UAE real estate market (mandatory). Proven ability to manage sensitive financial data with integrity. High attention to detail and accuracy in transactions. Hands-on experience with ERPs such as NetSuite or SAP. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
